The Museum of Idaho is the state’s largest science and history museum. The Museum features world-class traveling exhibits and permanent displays. The Museum, houses thousands of artifacts, offers educational programs and events for young and old, and preserves and shares our heritage.  Learn about atomic history or walk through Idaho’s history while perusing Lewis and Clark memorabilia. Kids have plenty of room to play and explore in the Children’s Discovery Center and daring explorers can crawl through a bear cave or play in an early pioneer log cabin.
