When on the search for a good steak house, Jakers is one of the great options in town. It is near the downtown area and in close proximity to many of the hotels in that area. Jakers has a great atmosphere to go and enjoy yourself while in the Idaho Falls area. 

Smokin Fins

In the downtown area of Idaho Falls, Smokin Fins is a restaurant with a unique vibe compared to the other options Idaho Falls has to offer. There is a bar and plenty of dining room area for everyone. During the warmer months of the year, they have an outdoor patio area with a view of the Snake River. They offer sushi, seafood dishes, handhelds, and tacos. Stockmans Restuarant 

Located in the Snake River Landing area of town, you will find Stockmans. It is mainly known for being a steakhouse, but also offers salads, other meat entrees such as chicken or seafood, burgers, pasta, and top of the line desserts to choose from. One thing that makes them unique is that once you are seated you will be served rolls with a very tasty citrus butter. There is an option here for everyone, including drinks. They have very large tables to accommodate large groups that want to dine in their establishment. 

Sandpiper

The Sandpiper offers an elevated atmosphere that is perfect for those who are looking to go out and have an enjoyable evening. Here you will be able to find hand-cut steaks, seafood that is flown in daily, and pasta dishes. Not to mention they have a full range of cocktails, beer, and wine to choose from. They are well known for their outdoor seating that is heated even during the cooler months. Their patio is right on the Snake River and it is typical to see ducks swimming while dining. 

Fuji Sushi & Hibachi

If you are on the hunt for some sushi or hibachi, you can’t go wrong with heading to Fuji Sushi & Hibachi. There you can get a hibachi experience of having a chef cook your food in front of your party. The chefs put on a good show and are sure to make you laugh as they prepare your meal. A dining room is also available to those who would rather order food more traditionally. 

Jalisco’s Mexican Restaurant

Mexican food is a staple for many and Jaliscos is a great option to get your fix. Upon arrival, you are given chips, salsa, and a bean dip for you to munch on while you look over the menu. They have all of the traditional Mexican dishes for you to choose from or if you have been wanting to try something new. Their food and service are always exceptional. 

Himalayan Flavor 

When it comes to Indian and Nepalese cuisine, Himalayan Flavor is the spot to go to. There are a few items on your menu that you may have never seen before but if you are adventurous when it comes to food, they are worth trying. Any entree that you order, will have you rate how spicy you would like your meal to be on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the hottest. Be sure that you order some naan bread as it makes one of their meals that much better! 

The Firehouse Grill

Want a good place in Idaho Falls to go watch a sporting event or want a sports bar feel? Firehouse Grill is where you will find what you are looking for. Half of the restaurant is the bar area, and the other half is dining. Both sections have TVs that will be playing live sports, but the bar area has more and larger TVs. Firhouse Grill has a wide selection on their menu so that whoever is in your part can find something they will enjoy. Their burgers are fantastic but there is also pasta, steak, sandwiches, salads, and more to choose from that is all yummy. It is open seven days a week. 

Bees Knees Pub & Catering Co.

There is no place like Bees Knees in Idaho Falls. It is a small cozy tavern with a bar and dining. They have a menu with burgers, pasta, salads, entrees, and sandwiches to choose from. They do not skimp on the portions that you receive and offer a balsamic glaze on fries which can be really yummy. Their menu items and the vibe make this place make it one of a kind and a place you’ll love! 

Tchê Brazilian Grill

An all you can eat buffet may be just what you are looking for and this one takes it to the next level as it is an all you can eat Brazillian Grill. You will be able to find fresh cold and hot sides along with gourmet dishes, and meats to choose from. Not to mention they have the famous Brazilian cheese bread that everyone loves. There are different flavors of Brazilian lemonades and multiple desserts to go with your meal for an extra charge. Eating at Tche Brazilian Grill is a unique experience that will leave you feeling full and satisfied.
